Individual commitment to a group effort, that's what makes a team work!
As we entered our seventh game of the season over the weekend at home in Harrow, the girls were set for the rematch against one of our toughest games of the year from the week before.
The energy levels were high and the commitment to our team game was present. Each of the girls worked incredibly hard from the puck drop to the final buzzer and we couldn't have been prouder of them!
Understanding both the importance of our strong forecheck and the need to support what's going on in front of our net the girls have turned in to a two-way team that is hard on pucks. They continue to develop their skills to move the puck down the ice through our passing game and when the right opportunity struck they were there to capitalize!
In addition to how great we played in front of our net, our goaltending came in clutch multiple times when needed!
Congratulations to all of the girls, and our first Hardest Worker of the Game; Lauren!
