🌟 Are you a lady aged 21 and over, eager to learn the game of hockey and have a blast on the ice? 🌟🚀 We are thrilled to announce SCPGHA's Adult Developmental Hockey Program designed exclusively for you! No experience required - this program is meant to be a starting point for all skill levels. Whether you're a hockey mom or someone looking to explore the sport, this is your chance to skate, shoot, pass, and play the game with confidence and joy. 🎉
📆 Program Details:
Duration: From the first of October to the first of April.
Tentative Day and Time: Monday or Saturday nights at 8:30 PM in Amherstburg.
Format: The program will be run like a team practice, focusing on various aspects of the game.
Minimum Participants: We need a minimum of 20 participants to make this program possible.
During the program, you will learn:
Skating techniques
Shooting skills
Passing techniques
Offensive and defensive zone play
Rules of the game, including icing, offside, delayed offside, and penalties.
🏅 As the program progresses, we will include scrimmages after a few months to put your skills to the test in a game-like setting.🎊 Plus, there's more! Participation in our year-end fun day is part of the program, providing you with an opportunity to showcase what you've learned in a friendly and enjoyable event.
🎈⛑️ To ensure your safety and participation, full hockey equipment is required throughout the program.💰 Estimated Cost: Registration will be around $350.00 for the season.
