The purpose of this internal association protocol is to allow its members, volunteers and participating athletes and parents with concussion awareness & education followed by the appropriate management  steps as expected by SCPGHA for the safe return to play. SCPGHA has also developed a concussion pathway to help support its coaches and trainers with the appropriate decision making steps and communication for concussion recognition and next steps.
