SCPGHA Concussion Protocol
In support of Rowan's Law, SCPGHA has developed the SCPGHA Concussion Protocol. The purpose of this internal association protocol is to allow its members, volunteers and participating athletes and parents with concussion awareness & education followed by the appropriate management steps as expected by SCPGHA for the safe return to play. SCPGHA has also developed a concussion pathway to help support its coaches and trainers with the appropriate decision making steps and communication for concussion recognition and next steps.
