All members of the coaching staff must be properly certified and will be required to submit a valid police clearance. Coaches will be asked to submit their coaching staff choices to the CSC for approval by the board.

I understand that SCPGHA has the right to refuse any coaches selected for my staff if deemed necessary.

I understand that completing and submitting this application does not ultimately guarantee me a coaching position with SCPGHA.
