Team Staff Requirements

All coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, den moms, managers and on-ice volunteers for every team need to ensure they completed the following steps. These need to be done ASAP to the start of the season.

• Register your position with the team on RAMP REGISTRATION. This is the same login that you used to register your daughter to SCP.Click on the Coach/Staff Registration. EVERY MEMBER OF THE TEAM MUST COMPLETE THIS STEP. On-ice volunteers and Den Moms should choose "Staff".

• On-ice volunteers and Den Moms will need to complete the Volunteer Release form.

• All team staff will need to upload their vulnerable sector check (VSC) (police clearance) via the submission portal. This is a new requirement as per Hockey Canada this year so please make sure you read the intructions. All team staff need a valid VSC to engage in any activity with SCP teams.   ROSTERS WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL THIS IS COMPLETED.
