2024/2025 PICTURE DAY - SAT. OCT 5th
Picture Day & SCP/Kids Curing Cancer Day is coming up this Saturday October 5th at the Libro Credit Union Centre (Amherstburg Arena).
Please take a look at the link and review the attached document prior to your daughter's picture time.

The Kids Curing Cancer fundraiser will also be kicking off on this day. Be sure to pick up a pledge form while you are at the arena. More details on the exciting things Kids Curing Cancer has planned for that day will follow in the next couple days. Plan to stick around and enjoy a couple exciting SCP vs SCP games 🏒🏒
Team Picture Times: (Location:Energy Zone Room @ Amherstburg Arena)
1:30pm - 2:00pm: U22 Grey
2:00pm - 2:30pm: U22 Yellow
2:30pm - 3:00pm: U22 Blue
2:30pm - 3:00pm: Anyone who is unable to attend their scheduled time slot
3:00pm - 5:00pm: U7, U9 White, U9 Yellow
5:00pm - 6:00pm: U11 Blue, U11 Yellow
6:00pm - 7:00pm: U13 Blue, U13 Yellow
7:00pm - 8:00pm: U15 Blue, U15 Yellow
8:00pm - 9:00pm: Anyone unable to make their scheduled time slot*
Please arrive early to ensure that your player has enough time to get dressed, have their picture taken, and get onto the ice on time for their game!**

PRE-ORDERING ONLINE
- Please visit

- Select Sports Teams and current season and your league name
- Order & pay securely online and skip the sales booth completely on photo day
- We will have a copy of your online order on photo day
ORDER ON PHOTO DAY
- Print out the order form and fill out player info
- Select your desired packages and write down the codes
- We will have samples on display to help you decide on your package selection
WHAT TO WEAR?
- All equipment EXCEPT: NO helmets, NO mouthguards, NO neckguards, NO skates
- Please wear your hockey pants & bring your stick and gloves
- Please remove any green tape from your stick
WHO NEEDS THEIR PICTURE TAKEN?
- ALL members of the coaching staff
- ALL players (even if they are NOT ordering any packages)
TEAM WORKFLOW
- Players AND coaches are to be dressed and lined up at the designated time
- We will take ONE POSE of each coaching staff member
- We will take ONE POSE of each player
WHAT ABOUT THE TEAM PICTURE?
- We do not take a traditional posed team picture
- Team picture will be created from the individual portraits
